Lake El Estero Diversion Project (Water Quality Certification)

The City of Monterey proposes the Lake El Estero Diversion Project to provide up to 209 acre-feet per year of water to the Pure Water Project by diverting Lake El Estero overflow to the city’s municipal sanitary sewer system for subsequent treatment and reuse.
