The Petition for Change of License 7328 A018595, as amended, requests that the Place of Use POU for irrigation be modified to remove approximately 6 acres of the authorized POU located within a parcel not owned by the Petitioner and expanded to allow irrigation use of up to 31 acres within APNs 043-061-023 and 043-061-024. The Petitioner intends to plant vineyards within the remaining undeveloped portion of the expanded POU approximately 9 acres.
