A.R. Wilson Quarry Reclamation Plan and Use Permit Amendment Project

The A.R. Wilson Quarry is an existing aggregate mining operation operated by Granite Rock Company Graniterock located approximately 2 miles east of Aromas in unincorporated San Benito County. Mining began in 18 95 and was recognized by the County in 1981 as a vested operation. In 1993 , the County certified an EIR and approved Use Permit No. 460-88A authorizing designed placement of reclamation materials on adjacent property south of the quarry.
