This state-funded project is a cape seal in Kern County on U.S. Route 395 from post mile 26.88 near Athel Ave in lnyokern to post mile 36.82 near the Inyo County Line. The purpose of this project is to restore the pavement to a serviceable condition. The pavement within the project limits is experiencing distress and needs to be rehabilitated.
