Brannan Island SRA Right of Entry Permit to CDT for Construction of MMBI Fiber Hut

The purpose of this project is to issue a right-of-entry ROE permit to the California Department of Technology CDT’s consultant, ITG Communications, to construct a 'CDT Fiber Hut 89' as part of the Middle Mile Broadband Initiative MMBI. All work conducted in association with the ROE permit will comply with all State and Federal environmental laws, including but not limited to the Endangered Species Act, California Environmental Quality Act and Section 5025 of the Public Resources Code.
