Healthy People and Healthy Places Element Update: Addendum to the General Plan EIR

The proposed project is an update to the Healthy People and Healthy Places Element to ensure the element meet the current requirements of California Government Code Section 65302h, which adopts Senate Bill 1000, the Planning for Healthy Communities Act passed in 2016, which requires local jurisdictions in California to incorporate environmental justice into the General Plan.
