Addendum-Sunset Area Plan/Placer Ranch Specific Plan EIR for the Placer One School

The 2019 Placer Ranch Specific Plan identified an 11-acre site for an elementary school and a 22-acre site for a middle school APN 017-020-064-000. Due to existing and projected student enrollment not necessitating development of both schools, the Roseville City School District proposed to develop the 22-acre site as a TK through eighth grade school.
