The proposed action includes the abandonment of an existing extraction well, the installation of two new extraction wells and piping, and the installation of new piping and wellhead at an existing extraction well, located at Unit 2 of the closed Palomar Landfill at McCellan-Palomar Airport. Activities will include associated drilling and trenching to install the facilities.
