CRC proposes installing an ancillary pipeline, ancillary electrical connections permitted under CRC’s electrical maintenance permit and performing civil grading / site access maintenance work to allow for portable / temporary gas treatment and compression equipment to be staged and piloted at the previous Elk Hills 36R compressor site.
