Caltrans proposes to install back plates with yellow retro-reflective borders on existing traffic light signal heads at 39 various locations on the 15, 74, and 79, in Riverside County. Upgraded back plates are being installed to enhance driver visibility during various adverse conditions. Retro-reflective sheeting may also be used, as needed.
