Princessa Crossroads Specific Plan Project

The Project proposes a Specific Plan to guide the development of the 146-acre SPA as a mixed-use community with two Planning Areas PAs. The two PAs within the SPA would include the following: Planning Area 1 PA-1: up to 300 apartment units.
